A new look at Paraguayan human rights

Law of Paraguay is like a den of starving lions. The judges, or the executioners were unfair, vile, prejudice and bias that led to naive folks and fed to the lions, at times only for the cost of silence.

Paraguay required a Daniel, a Daniel to stop the slaughter and prove the king that he was at fault.

The system of law in Paraguay was weak, mainly due to the unbalanced power mostly in the ruler Alfredo Stroessner. The main trouble was the lack of respect for human rights was a violation of the Constitution, as is done repeatedly throughout the history of Paraguay. Article five of the Constitution of Paraguay defends human rights, which protects citizens from torture or inhuman treatment (CAT).

Nicanor Duarte Frutos, Paraguay's current president, tried to Change the Constitution to allow him to have more than one charge as president, this allowed him to be president of the NRA, which means he can run for president again. Nicanor seemed impossible to stop as he met with friends at the Court of Justice to plan their next move.

This time the people met to stop a ¨new dictator and began a demonstration in the plaza were happened. Thousands of folks came and encouraged the president not to try to do somewhat funky (linea capital). Some are fortunate enough to get away like the President Wasmosy, though it’s not as horrific as sixteen years ago. President Juan Carlos Wasmosy was tried, convicted, and ordered to serve four years in prison. His team appealed and his case was held in limbo since, although he escaped from prison, the big fish could not leave Paraguay (Nieke).

It is clear, then, how weak Paraguayan law began after an insensitive despotism, but is recapturing respect and strength in recent years. All the injustices committed that in many instances just helps the rich and blame the poor. But the situation is changing and the fact that one of the big pigs know to go to jail is a light for the dark realm of injustice. It is clear that the Paraguayan impartiality is recapturing right to judge everybody fairly unlike fifty years ago.
